Manran
Mànran are the hottest new band on the Scottish music scene. Combining driving accordion, fiddle, Highland pipes, Uillean pipes and flute with powerful songs in English and Gaelic, all underpinned by rocking drums and bass. Though the band is a fairly recent collaboration, each member has been dazzling crowds in Scotland and throughout the world with various line-ups for a number of years but now unite to create Mànran: the fresh, unstoppable sound of modern Gaelic Scotland. Featuring Norrie MacIver (Guitar/Vocals), Gary Innes (Accordion), Ewen Henderson (Fiddle/Pipes), Calum Stewart (Flutes/Uillean Pipes), Ross Saunders (Bass), Scott Mackay (Drums)

Findlay Napier and the Bar Room Mountaineers
Releasing their second album this year and with a tour of the UK in September to launch the album. Findlay (vocals and guitar), Gillian Frame (Fiddle and backing vocals), Douglas (keyboard and backing vocals) and then Blair or Scott (drums)

Samling
From the Scottish Nu-Nordic music scene, with a unique, upbeat sound which combines Gaelic and Norwegian song. Naomi Harvey on Gaelic song and whistle, Jon Bews on fiddle, Tom Oakes on guitar and Anne Sofie Linge Valdal on vocal and Norwegian willow flute.

SATURDAY 26TH SEPTEMBER: DOORS & TUNES from 5pm

Cast Ewe Ceilidh Band
Blinding tunes from local boys, Iain and Murdo ‘Yogi’ Cameron, with friends. Elevating the ceilidh to another place all together. As yet to be decide who alls going to be on stage. However it’s gaurented we’ll all be dancing. And dancing we will be, watch out for those jigs and reels!

Man at the Window
Pop/Reggae/R&B. Our show is a dynamic fusion of rare groove lovers rock Reggae and bass pounding four on the floor crowd pleasing dancehall rhythms with a hypnotic commercial singalong edge to bring the audience into the show.

Marrs Effect
Micky Marr (more pesky talented locals): vocals & acoustic guitar, formerly of Critterhill Varmints, Kith and Kin and currently the bass player with La Boum. Phil Hopwood: lead guitar, formerly with The Gillyflowers and currently also playing with Hopwood and Black. Vini Bonnar: drums & percussion - formerly of Bombskare. Matthew (Chew) Bartlett: keyboards, currently with Bombskare. Barney Strachan: bass guitar, (what hasn’t this man done?) and currently singing & playing guitar in The Banjo Lounge 4.
